Dan, our once beloved owner of UnrealBidz.com has had to be unverified due to lack of response when trying to communicate with him regarding promises to two bidders and their refunds. Read about that here: http://pennyburners.com/community/ showthread.php?t=540&page=2

You will read about PennyBurners having to try multiple times to reach Dan, and promising to refund the bidders on two separate occasions, and missing them both.

I know from talking with Dan, leading up to this downfall, that the current economic situation had not missed him nor his family. However, there is never an excuse to leave customers high and dry, nor cheat them from the opportunity of displaying their compassion when presented with a situation such as his. Bidders have been very forgiving in the past, and sometimes to a detriment to themselves, incredibly understanding. Failing to communicate effectively has shut off any chance of them helping Dan make this situation work for everyone. We regret what we have to do, but we cannot allow UnrealBidz to tarnish the good names of the other Verified Sites who keep their standards high.
