SkoreIt did go down at 5:10 PM EST for about two hours. They were affected by a failure at the that overwhelmed their substantial redundancy that is built into their system.

They have sent out email communications to the affected customers.

SkoreIt's response as follows:

1. Everyone who placed a losing bid in the auctions that closed when we went down will get their bids back within the next 24 hours.
2. We cancelled the 21 auctions that ended during the two hour downtime window (since no one was on the website). Anyone who placed bids on those 21 auctions have already had their bids returned to their account.
