While David with PennyAuction.ca is new to penny auction ownership, he is not new to the concept. He has been playing and monitoring penny auctions since Swoopo started. He was astonished to see that "PennyAuction.ca" was available when searching for a "catchy" domain name. The design, logo, and feel of the site is very well done!
