Tomorrow morning, at 11:00 am CST, dibZees 2.0 will launch with much fanfare and celebration, and auctions will begin right away. This new and improved dibZees will offer bidders many wonderful features, including:

2nd set of auctions from  5pm-8pm CST

Casey and the dibZees Team, Andy Wright and Robert Hu, own and operate one of the most-popular, most-loved, and most-honest sites around. The fact that they've been around for more than a year now just goes to show that with hard work, dedication, drive, and honesty, a penny auction site can indeed survive and thrive.

dibZees is based out of Iowa, where Casey, Andy, and Robert, all alumni of the University of Iowa, collaborated and founded dibZees. The idea for dibZees came from a class project Casey worked on for Entrepreneurial Innovation. Soon after, that project won dibZees an additional $5,000 in investment seed money by taking first place in the statewide John Pappajohn Business Plan Competition. Casey and the dibZees Team quickly garnered popularity throughout the campus of UI, and were featured in the university's campus publication, UI News. They were even featured in a brief news-clip on the University's TV channel.

Soon after the UI News article was published, The Gazette, an Iowa-based news site featured Casey and his team. The article quoted Casey as saying that dibZees has "tried to do it differently by offering better customer service and targeting two niche markets — college students and women." Since then, their customer service has received stellar reviews, and their niche has certainly grown.

Josh, over at PennyAuctionList, has reviewed dibZees and promotes them with fervor that can only come from a positive experience and a heart-felt belief that this site is honest and legitimate. We've had a chance to talk with Casey about dibZees and his plans for the site's future at length, and we are excited to see what the future has in store for them, and for the penny auction community.
