[/QUOTE] I agree with the win limits to certain items as a way to spread the wins around but they would also need enough competition for each item auctioned while many of bidders are locked out of bidding on them. It may have been another strategy by SI to keep some of the bidders around at least temporarily and make them get nervous about being banned which they were probably hoping would create more crazy actions from bidders trying to win what they could.  They obviously had to know we would be talking about it here since a lot of the people that post here were banned.  They may have hoped we would start to spread fear to other bidders that read this forum that their time may be limited.
