Does anyone else feel extremely disappointed with what has been happening with BPD in 2012? I can't get a response to e-mails, phone calls, or support tickets. I am so saddened to see what was my favorite site become unreliable, unresponsive, and seemingly in a state of abandonment. What a shame!

In December I was able to speak with Charles and the owner of BidPennyDeal. They seemed excited to join our community. I believe around that time they had a DDoS attack, we told them about CloudFlare, and really have not heard from them since.

I have received emails about their lack of communication, and have reached out to Charles several times on Skype. He is usually on "Do not disturb".

Anyone else having issues with them? Has anyone received items or a response recently?

Thanks, Nick. I'm going to post a link to this on the main Penny Auction Discussion page in case a lot of people are like me and usually just check there to see what new is being discussed... I have a feeling there are a lot more people interested in this topic with feedback about their experiences than just me that would appreciate knowing you are willing to try to follow up on behalf of them.

I spoke with Charles just today. The auctions have been temporarily put on hold whilst they catch up and get all items shipped. They are also having a few teething problems with Alain's replacement, but they are hoping to have everything finalized pretty soon. That's all I can really report at this point.
