There has already been mention of AuctionStorm.com in the penny auction world; however, a PennyBurners user felt that AuctionStorm's suspicious activity did not get the attention it deserves.

Looking at their recent ended auctions, AuctionStorm lists 3,193 auctions since February 19th, 2010. That's forty-four (44) auctions per day. There are many very high-end items, and many BidPacks going for well over 300+ bids. For instance, there is a thirty (30) bid BidPack that ended for $7.00. Seven hundred bids just for a thirty-bid BidPack? Hmmm...

When clicking on their "About Us" you are forwarded to www.swoopoclonedemo.com . For having had 3,193 auctions since February, you would think they'd have their site buttoned up, right?

While looking through Firebug, we cannot find any concrete evidence of bots; however, it is our recommendation that you stay away from AuctionStorm.com and stick with the penny auction sites that have been verified.
